Known for their commitment to sustainable farming, Trenchmore Farm raises their Wagyu cattle with a focus on flavour, using a unique blend of grass, herbal leys, and apple pomace from their cider orchards to feed their animals.

Each course during the dinner will feature Trenchmore's Wagyu beef, allowing you to experience the depth and richness of flavours that make their products so special.
